OurBoard is a self-hosted display for a household’s selected Google Calendars and local weather. It runs on a privately owned device and is not a public calendar service.

How it uses Google Calendar

With the account holder’s permission, OurBoard reads calendar lists, calendar metadata, and event details needed to present selected calendars on the household display. It requests read-only access and cannot create, edit, or delete Google Calendar data.

Who can use it

OurBoard is for the household that operates it and the people they personally authorize. It is not offered as a public service.
